M-Connect: Construction Management is composed of two tools; Bid Management and Package Management. Each serves a purpose in managing efforts, organizing tasks, and enabling immediate communication with the parties involved. This documentation is divided into an Administrator Guide and a User Guide with sections within each which cover both modules.
