Introduction

The Dropbox Sign for Greenhouse integration by TEAM IM allows Greenhouse users to send offer letters to applicants via Dropbox Sign in just a few clicks.

• With this integration, a signature request is initiated by updating the "Send to Dropbox Sign" field on the Offer.
• An "embedded request" link is generated and placed in the "Dropbox Sign Url" field on the Offer. This link uses the Dropbox Sign Embedded Requesting tool to specify the signature request details, such as the signers and e-mail messages.
• After the candidate has signed, the executed document is attached to the Offer.
