What to Expect

LEGACY GUIDE

The following documentation is intended for legacy use only. Please refer to the version 2 documentation if planning to perform a new installation of the Dropbox Sign for Greenhouse connector.

Estimated time required: 60-90 minutes

To install the Dropbox Sign for Greenhouse Connector, configurations are required in both Greenhouse and Dropbox Sign. The following is an overview of the setup process described in this guide:

Configure Dropbox Sign (10 minutes)​

  • Create Client App and API Key
  • Configure Callback

Configure Greenhouse (30 minutes)​

  • Create Harvest API Key
  • Create Service Account User
  • Create Webhook
  • Trigger An Offer Update

Finish Setup (5 minutes)​

  • Create Custom Offer Fields

    • Update Offer Documents (20+ minutes)​

    • Add Dropbox Sign Text Tags (e-Signature placeholder) to your Offer Documents and Attachments

    NOTE

    You will be asked to save pieces of information along the way, which will be used in one of the steps:

    • Greenhouse Harvest API Key
    • Greenhouse Service User ID
    • Greenhouse Webhook Secret Key
    • Dropbox Sign API Key
    • Dropbox Sign Client ID
